Cooking & Dining
I would highly recommend signing up for a produce delivery. There are ones that are not very expensive like Imperfect Produce, which is nice. There's one that I also really love called Farm Fresh To You. They deliver you a ton of organic fruits and vegetables and it's a fun way to be inspired to cook healthy meals.
Decor
I love this area, I read here a lot.
I always have fresh flowers. I have flowers everywhere. I get them from the Sunday Farmers Market by my house.
Bedroom & Bath
I love our bedroom, it’s very peaceful.
Wellness
I think it's important to make sure you get out and walk. If you can’t walk in your neighborhood, get in your car and drive somewhere. I think that really makes a difference.
I’m a trained yoga teachers so I do a lot of yoga stretches. And I’ve gotten really into a few online fitness classes. I like Melissa Wood Health and Megan Roup. I also love The Class — it's like meditation with moving and dancing. It’s really awesome and hard.
Alo Yoga makes a really great yoga mat. I have a white one which I leave out in my space and it’s not an eyesore. I like leaving out my yoga mat so that I remember to workout, it really helps.
Staying hydrated at home is really, really important.
